DS200GDPAG1AKF Product Introduction

GE DS200GDPAG1AKF Embedded Controller Module

GE DS200GDPAG1AKF Embedded Controller Module Product Details:

GE DS200GDPAG1AKF is an embedded controller module developed by General Electric (GE) for industrial automation and control systems.
The specific application scope of the product
will depend on the needs of system integration and industrial application, but generally speaking, this type of embedded controller module can be applied to the following categories:

Industrial automation: used to master and monitor various automation processes in the factory, such as production lines, machine installation,
manufacturing processes, etc.
Power industry: used for mastering and monitoring tasks in power plants and power distribution systems.
Chemical and process industries: used to monitor and grasp the production process in chemical plants, refineries, and other process industries.
Manufacturing industry: can be used to master and optimize the production process, ensuring the effectiveness of labor and product quality.
Transportation: The application in the traffic signal system, railway system, or other traffic control systems.
Construction automation: used for automation systems in construction, such as building management systems, intelligent construction control systems, etc.
Fire disposal punishment and situation control: application in the pollution fire disposal punishment plant, fire disposal punishment measures, and situation
monitoring and control system.
These are just some potential application areas, in fact, there can be more application scenarios, depending on the effectiveness and personality
of the controller module, as well as the specific needs of the customer.

General Electric has designed the processor/controller for the DS200GDPAG1AKF Mark VIe system. The Mark VI platform is General Electric”s Speedtronic range,
designed to manage gas or steam turbines.
It has a CIMPLICITY graphical interface and an HMI with software suitable for running heavy-duty turbines.

This DS200GDPAG1AKF is a single box assembly with a front panel for communication connections, two screws installed on the rear edge, and three grille holes for ventilation. The controller is designed to
be installed at the bottom of the cabinet. For a small setup that is easy to serve a triple redundant system, up to three components can be installed side by side.

DS200GDPAG1AKF uses the QNX operating system. It has a 667MHz Freescale 8349 processor. This board is powered by a 12 watt, 18-36 V DC power supply. Even at its maximum rated temperature, t
he board can operate within a temperature range of 0 to 65 degrees Celsius without the need for a fan for cooling. NFPA Class 1. This board can be used for two applications.

ABB is showcasing its latest electric vehicle charging technology at the 2011 Geneva International Motor Show (March 3-13), including a fully functional electric vehicle fast charging station displayed for the first time at a global auto show. ABB fast charging stations can accelerate the charging process of car batteries and increase the battery power from 20% to 80% of rated capacity in about 15 minutes, which is enough to support the car”s normal driving of 100 kilometers. At the auto show, ABB provided fast charging services for electric vehicles held in test drives. These vehicles include Protoscar”s Lampo electric car , Mitsubishi”s iMiEV electric car, Nissan”s Leaf electric car, and other electric cars that meet the standards of the “Japanese fast charger standardization group CHAdeMO Association.” At the same time, ABB also displayed a charging station for charging cars at home or in the office. This charging station can generally fully charge a car in 6 to 8 hours. Under normal circumstances, most cars do not travel long distances every day, which means that most electric cars can be charged at home or in the office through regular charging stations. However, when driving long distances, electric vehicles need to be charged while driving, and then fast charging station equipment is needed. The difference between the above two charging equipment is mainly reflected in the volume and weight of the equipment components. Nighttime charging can be accomplished with small, lightweight components installed on the car; fast charging requires the application of more complex power electronic components and filters, which are more suitable for installation on charging piles rather than on the car to control the weight and weight of the car. Travel costs. Typically, drivers need a quick charge once or twice a week, so it”s possible to build fast charging stations to help charge cars. Steve, head of ABB’s global discrete automation and motion control business unit, said: “With electric vehicle charging equipmentWith the development of electric vehicles, the large-scale popularization of electric vehicles will soon become a reality. Innovations to support the large-scale use of electric vehicles are key to building cities that are lower carbon emissions, quieter and cleaner. ABB is developing a full range of charging systems for charging cars at home, in the office and on long journeys. “ ABB has extensive experience in grid infrastructure and power electronics, as well as an advanced low-voltage product range. These enable ABB to develop cost-effective and advanced electric vehicle charging stations, thereby accelerating the development of green transportation. In January this year , ABB invested US$10 million in ECOtality, a charging station development and power storage technology company in San Francisco, USA, to enter the North American electric vehicle infrastructure market. During the same period, ABB also demonstrated charging station equipment at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. ABB The electric vehicle charging station will be on display throughout the Geneva International Motor Show and is expected to attract the attention of approximately 10,000 media reporters and 700,000 car enthusiasts. ABB is a leader in power and automation technology among the world”s top 500 companies. ABB ABB”s technology can help power, utility and industrial customers improve performance while reducing adverse impacts on the environment. ABB Group operates in more than 100 countries around the world and has 124,000 employees. ABB has R&D, manufacturing, sales and engineering in China It provides a full range of business activities such as services, with 16,000 employees, 30 local companies and a nationwide sales and service network.
