Recently, the 100,000th servo motor manufactured by ABB China rolled off the production line at Shanghai ABB Power Transmission Co., Ltd. This servo motor was developed by ABB”s local team and is a product tailored to customer needs on the HDS series platform. It will be used on robot welding guns for welding processes.In order to better meet the application requirements of the robot”s outer axis – the welding gun, the ABB R&D team made a series of innovative design changes on the HDS standard product platform.
